THE BUMP FOUNDER & TRAINER
I’m a certified trainer, mom of two, and entrepreneur. During my first pregnancy, I grappled with confusion over what workouts were safe and suitable. My beloved high-intensity and core routines were suddenly off-limits, while many prenatal programs felt either too gentle or not quite tailored to the unique needs of my changing body. I knew there had to be a better way.
I designed the BUMP program because I firmly believe that pregnancy fitness should not only be safe but also enjoyable, effective, and yes, even challenging. After all, it's about preparing your body for the most physically demanding event of your life – giving birth.
BUMP transformed my second pregnancy, boosting my confidence and leading to an empowering birth experience. Now I am sharing this life-changing approach with YOU.

Everything is pre-recorded so you can do a workout or watch a knowledge session when you have time! It’s all self-paced, you can click pause, rewind, fast forward and repeat any sessions.

Good question! Lots of moms-to-be don’t feel like exercising during the first trimester due to low energy and nausea. That is ok and you can pick up a workout routine once you feel better which is for most around 13/14 weeks. If you are in your first trimester and you want to workout you can still do the workout routine that you did pre pregnancy. Once you enter the second trimester it is recommended to follow a pregnancy program.

Generally during Trimester 2 your energy is at its highest for your whole pregnancy so this trimester is all about getting yourself fit, preparing your growing body, relieving pains that may occur, learning what a safe workout looks like and mostly getting your body strong and relaxed for what’s to come.
By Trimester 3 there's much more emphasis on slowing down, and taking care of your growing body and baby. There is a focus on and preparing your body for birth, movements for labor, and optimal birthing positions. You will learn how to relax your pelvic floor muscles while keeping them nice and strong. You are not only working towards a healthy trimester 3 but are also giving your body the tools to have a great birth, recovery, and postpartum period.
While you have some videos in both trimester programs, there are a lot of workouts, knowledge videos, and meditations that I have only designed for that specific trimester. You have access to those videos only in that trimester program or in the bundle.

Yes! Once you have purchased the program you get access to all the content right away. If you are already in the middle of that trimester you will still get access to all the content from the previous weeks so you can still do the workouts and watch the knowledge videos. So for example, if you purchase the second trimester program you get all the second trimester content.
The content does not expire and is always there, also past your pregnancy. -

You will only need a few things that you have available at home:
Chair
Pillows
Long towel or belt (only for sciatic pain stretches)
Yoga block or a little box
Exercise ball (or chair if not available)
Foam roller or tennis ball (only for sciatic pain stretches)
There are also two workouts with weights in each trimester program but you can also switch it with another workout if you have no weights available. If you want to do these workouts you can use light weights and / or dumbbells.
Overall I designed this program in a way so you can do it at home and even while traveling. None of the equipment is really required except their chair.

If you stick to the workout plan you will have 3 training days per week. Most workouts take between 25-30 minutes but there are also express workouts that take only 10-15 minutes.
You can do more if you like because you can do all the workouts as many times as you like. You can also decide to not stick to the workout plan and complete the workouts whenever you like. This is your program.

So for example, if you purchase the second trimester program you get all the second trimester content. You can still do any of the workouts and adjust your workout plan. All the knowledge videos are important for your pregnancy so it’s better to watch them later than never.

Absolutely! Your body is going through changes week after week, especially in the 3rd trimester! Your body needs to prepare for the ‘big event’, so building strength and stability is even more important.
Not only will you have a more comfortable third trimester, but you will also be prepared for birth, have a faster postpartum recovery and feel like your pre-pregnancy self quicker. You got this mama!

Please consult with your doctor or healthcare provider before starting an exercise routine. If you're doctor gives you the all clear to exercise, you can do this program. If you have a medical condition in which you should not exercise, please listen to your provider.
Many moms to be experience pregnancy pains such as round ligament, pelvic, spd, sciatic, back, or hip pain. Movement and therefore this program should help you relieve those pains, especially because there are specific stretches and knowledge videos in this program for all those pains. However, if your doctor advised not to exercise, please follow your provider’s recommendation.
