I’m Sally, mom to a toddler boy, and pre and postpartum personal trainer to hundreds.
Throughout college, I had an unhealthy relationship with my body and food. I counted calories and dieted. I was thinking about weight loss all the time. It was exhausting.
Then I started exercising.
I loved to do workouts with my own bodyweight in my flat in Paris. Through these workouts and without equipment, I managed to achieve a great deal. I felt strong, empowered, and confident.
My mindset completely shifted. I was no longer thinking about diets or worrying about calories. I was working out to be fit and strong.

My story isn’t unique. I know so many women who have weight loss at the forefront of their minds all the time too. I wanted to share what I had learnt with other women just like me.
This is why I left my corporate job to become a Fitness Instructor and pre and postnatal personal trainer.
TRAINING THROUGH PREGNANCY
When I got pregnant I was excited (and a little worried) about how my workouts may change. I had always loved high intensity, sweaty workouts. But, with a baby growing inside me I had to dial it down a little. I also felt VERY sick for the first 14 weeks which made it super tough to work out.

When I started to feel better I was ready to train again. I wanted a workout to feel like a challenge, but also safe for my changing body.
Even though I am a fitness instructor, I also like being a student and joining classes online and in person. I looked online but there weren’t many suitable options. High-intensity workouts were too intense for the pelvic floor, Barre included lots of core exercises, and many videos had exercises where you lie on your belly.
As I could no longer take part in the classes I loved, it was time to create my own prenatal personal trainer workouts. I started to upload them to YouTube and got some great interest from moms to be.
Today, Fit With Sally is one of the biggest YouTube channels for pregnancy fitness and thousands of women are doing my YouTube based workouts. They are suitable for any level and safe for every trimester.

POSTNATAL PERSONAL TRAINING
Sally Two Weeks Postpartum
While I was active through pregnancy I felt positive that I’d be able to go right back to my old workout routines.
However, 6 weeks after giving birth I had no idea where to start. I was exhausted, weak and things felt different, particularly my pelvic floor. I knew that not every exercise I did pre pregnancy would be safe right after giving birth.
I needed to train my pelvic floor, restore my core, and build strong foundations.
As a postpartum personal trainer, I decided to create and follow my own 8-week postpartum fitness program. It’s called REBUILD and today over hundreds of women are following my program.
The program starts really gently. The first workout you can even do in bed! Each week the postpartum sessions progress as you get stronger.
REBUILD is a fitness program that allows you to get back into fitness, while strengthening your core and pelvic floor.
